Welcome to the Home Page of the UK Chapter of Universal Zulu Nation, Hip Hop Culture’s founding and longest standing Family.

Although the Allied European Zulu Nation Chapters and the UK have decided to become self-autonomous organisations since November/December 2016, our lineage here in the UK is built on the foundations of those who have gone before us from the homeland of New York’s South Bronx and our ethos is still and always will be rooted in Peace, Unity, Love, Having Fun, Knowledge, Wisdom and Understanding.

Our mission is simple, to promote Hip Hop Culture as a movement based on equality, knowledge and collective strength through its artistic elements in music, dance and art and further still through to other elements relating to health and well being, education, community work.

Our aim is to help preserve the rich history of cultural development and the artistic achievements of Hip Hop’s pioneers and innovators. ¬†We seek to help to document, archive and exhibit Hip Hop in all its forms on a local, national and international footing.

We work on community projects in the UK and abroad, and task ourselves with creating programmes which provide opportunities for people to improve their standing in society through arts, culture, education and personal development opportunities.

Commercially, we run and manage a range of events and tours, manage artists, provide event security services, commission new art and are currently working on our media platform, entertainment law firm and recording label.
